Well, I thought I would be feeling much better today but to be honest I am wiped out. I think I must have flu or something because I feel really rough to say the least. I did manage to get to the gym and have a steam thinking it would make me feel better but that was a big mistake. I nearly passed out!
Anyway, I hope these tablets will kick in soon.
