
Evening everyone. I just thought I would write a quick post to let you all know the direction my blog is slowly going in. When I first created this site it is was to detail my journey to weight loss and increased health using the fabulous Callanetics program. As time has progressed, I have gradually added other health and exercise routines to my daily routines such as weight training, HIIT training and yoga and I would like to tell you all about them too. I hope you don’t mind.
Also, as my health has increased from exercise and my new fat burning diet I would also like to share some of my newly created recipes. Some of which are influenced by the information provided in the Fat Burning Furnace which has been a godsend.
