
Wow, it took a whole week to get over my cold. One of the worst ones I have ever had, it completely wiped me out! I have decided to give myself another couple of days rest to allow my body recover. My plan is to eat really healthy over these next few days in preparation for my gym session. I must admit, for the last few days I have eaten a lot of bad food. Way too much fat and carbs – which isn’t a great combination. Anyway, back to my Callanetics, Weight Training and my Fat Burning Furnace diet…
