		<description>I ordered my copy of 10 Years Younger in 10 Hours, which arrived last Thursday 23.7.09. I have been on a weight loss programme for the last  3 months and have lost 15 1/2lbs. I wanted to tone up and get in shape to help boost the momentum of my weight loss. I have been following the Callanetics programme every day which means I have completed 7 hours and the results have been amazing. I am absolutely delighted!
My husband and two daughters have noticed how much slimmer I look and my posture has improved. I feel so invigourated and full of energy!
I have a very busy work life in school and then in the evenings when I get home and have found very little time for exercise routines. I am currently on my summer break for 7 weeks and was determined to get a routine going before I go back to school in Sept. This is definately working and once I am where i want to be with it I plan to use some of the shorter routines I have read about to keep topped up when I am back in work.</description>

		<description>I have just purchased the orignal DVD off Ebay it came today I am so excited .... I used these exercises when I was only 15 it was my moms she had the book and the VHS version I wasn&#039;t really over weight i just needed better shaped legs the were a bit stumpy the video gave me posture and gave me great legs! all my muscle tone changed and like the pictures they started to resemble the &#039;coin picture&#039; obviously I got older had to work so time became limited so I got into doing the section in the book I don&#039;t remember what it was called it was about 15 minutes of exercise and I did that for a while but stopped doing it at all when I got to around 17 and now at 33 and 3 Children later youngest being 17 weeks I look worst than all those &#039;before&#039; pictures ha ha. I&#039;ve measured me from head to toe and weighed me so watch this space x</description>

		<description>I first learned of Callanetics in 1989 and taught mysself from the book &quot;10 years younger&quot;.  My 70 year old mother joined me and we loved the results. Years passed and I was busy with life, kids, and guess what age...and pounds. A few years ago I found DVD&#039;s of the AM/PM and Stomach exercises.  It was amazing to see how I could still do the poses and the results were just as quick as the post baby days.  Then last winter I rediscovered the new callanetics evolution and love it, I find the newest DVD is so much easier on my back and I like the time of th e workout about 40 minutes.  This is one thing I must  have in my day at least three times a week.  The other days I use Winsor Pilates. I also walk every am and swim 60 minutes a week and do weights 90 minutes a week.  I plan to be fit at fifty, sixty and seventy...with the aid of CALLANECTICS!         If you haven&#039;t tried them yet, don&#039;t wait...you&#039;ll never regret it!
